These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Suave, a product operated by Fampulse Technologies Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By using Suave, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Suave provides speaking-practice tools, including topic prompts, recording workflows, transcripts, scoring, AI-assisted feedback, and progress tracking. We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

2. Eligibility

Suave is intended for users aged 18 and above. By using the service, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, creates security risk, or harms the service or other users.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Suave for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the service
• Access the service through unauthorized automated means
• Reverse engineer or misuse any part of the product or underlying systems
• Upload or submit content you do not have the right to use

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as recordings or feedback messages, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.

By using Suave, you grant us a limited right to process, store, transmit, and analyze submitted content for the purpose of providing the service, improving reliability, and supporting product operations.

6. Intellectual property

The Suave service, including its software, design, branding, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

Suave is a practice and feedback product. We do not guarantee any specific speaking outcome, interview result, improvement level, or business result from use of the service.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Features may be changed, delayed, or unavailable from time to time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Suave.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed INR 500.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fampulse Technologies Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Suave after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to applicable law.
